Larvasil FS is an insect growth regulator (IGR) premix that inhibits larval development and its progression to adult flies, breaking the fly life cycle at the source rather than treating adult flies after they emerge. Its anti-peristaltic action improves feed efficiency, and its broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity (antibacterial, antifungal, antiprotozoal) controls wet litter conditions and improves feed efficiency by maintaining intestinal integrity. Less moisture and fewer nutrients in fecal matter inhibits fly-larvae growth, which the IGR then damages further — a synergistic combination.
