Global Agrovets manufactures and markets its own formulations from a single site at Urali Devachi, on the Saswad Road south-east of Pune. Production covers four physical formats: dry feed-grade powders in 1 kg and 25 kg presentations, water-soluble powders, liquid concentrates in 1 litre and 5 litre packs, and bulk 25 kg supply for institutional buyers.

Quality control on this range is concentrated where it changes the outcome for the bird: strain identity in the probiotics, binding characteristics in the toxin binder, and enzyme activity in the multi-enzyme blends. TOXIRICCH-XP, for example, is specified on measurable physical properties — a 546 m²/g surface area and a 19 Å pore size small enough that vitamins and minerals are not bound alongside the toxins.
