Betaine Gold FS is the feed-grade presentation of the Betaine Gold range, dosed directly through the feed. Birds require a constant supply of dietary methyl groups, and that requirement increases during heat stress and disease. Betaine Gold effectively balances water in cells and prevents cellular dehydration, acting as an osmolytic superior anti-stresser, maintaining gut integrity and reducing gut lesion scores. It supplies methyl groups, provides osmotic stability to intestinal cells during coccidiosis to improve coccidiosis resistance, helps control fatty liver syndrome by increasing carnitine levels, and improves nutrient digestibility and amino acid absorption. Higher methionine level directly affects egg weight and egg mass.
